“My husband and I had filled out the same forms three times before we came here. Dayana got them right in one meeting and told us what every page was for.”

Tell us where your case stands.
I'm Dayana Pichardo, and my team and I help families across the Lehigh Valley with green cards, DACA, work permits and immigration court. Leave a number and we'll call you back, in English or Spanish.

Dayana Pichardo
Founding attorney
I started this firm so no family has to read a government letter alone.
I grew up translating the mail for my parents at the kitchen table, so I know how a government envelope feels when it lands on a family.
Today I lead a small team. Tobias takes work visas and family petitions, and Saba takes court cases and asylum. Every client gets a lawyer's name, a written plan and a direct number.
Where I help most
- Green cards through family
- DACA and work permits
- Meeting in English or Spanish

About court casesWork visas

About work visas
In their words
In their words, after the case
“They explained my court notice in Spanish, line by line. I knew what to bring and when to be there.”
“Tobias walked my employer and me through the whole visa process. We always knew the next step.”

Before you call
Are you a notario?
No. We're lawyers, licensed to practice law. In the United States a notario público is not a lawyer and can't give legal advice, and some people have lost their cases to one. Never pay someone to prepare your case unless they're a lawyer or an accredited representative.
Do I have to speak English?
No. Dayana speaks Spanish with you directly. For another language, tell us when you call and we arrange an interpreter.
What does a first meeting cost?
We tell you the fee when you call, before you book. If we take your case, you get the fee in writing before any work starts.
Is it safe to text you?
Texting is fine for scheduling and the basics. Keep your full story, your A-number and your documents for a call or a visit.
Can you promise a result?
No lawyer can. The government decides every case. What we promise is honest advice, careful work and a lawyer who keeps you informed.
Not sure where to start?
Call or text with what you have, even just the date on a letter. We will tell you honestly whether we can help.
